Uniqlo: UTme!

At the beginning of 2025, Uniqlo approached me about creating a suite of Boston inspired illustrations to add to their “UTme!” initiative. My designs were inspired by the unique moments that you can only have in Boston.

These illustrations are printed on T-shirts and Tote bags and for sale at the Boston, Newbury Street location.

North End Cannoli

Boston’s North End is famous for its brick buildings, cobblestone walkways, and most importantly: an abundunce of cannoli options. For anyone outside of Boston, this illustration presents a balance of “touristy” elements with color scheme that’s specific to the North End.

Boston Bikers

I’m a Boston biker. And when you’re a Boston biker, you’re part of an unspoken club. Although everyone has a different bike setup, a different purpose, and comes from a different background, during rush hour you feel like an integral part of a peloton navigating a chaotic but beautiful city. This illustration is my attempt to capture that feeling.

Red Line Window

I grew up taking the Red Line train from Davis Square to Down town Boston (Park street). After hitting Kendal/MIT, the train peeks above ground and presents you with a (hopefully) sun-drenched view of the city, showing you all the action happening on the river. When I think of Boston, I think of this view.
